Funke scholarships awarded
The Chenango County Council of the Arts hosted the 2010 award ceremony for the Lucy Tower Funke Scholarships Wednesday evening in Norwich. The annual awards, given to local students pursuing an education in the arts, are named in honor of longtime Arts Council Director Lucy Funke, who was on hand to distribute the scholarships.
