Norwich routs Bainbridge in pony league play

NORWICH – Norwich opened with eight runs in the first inning to rout the Bainbridge Braves in Otsenango Pony League baseball earlier this week.
Cameron Prime had a double in his 2-for-3 day finishing with four RBI. Josh Haines also went 2-for-3 with four runs batted in.
Norwich pitchers Colby Griffin and Cody Barnes combined on the win allowing five total hits and striking out 10.
Justin Lindenthaler scored a team-best three runs for Norwich.
