Hundreds of local residents gathered in West Park in Norwich last night for zydeco legend C.J. Chenier, right, and his Red Hot Louisiana Band as he performed his unique blend of blues and funk-infused zydeco. The Thursday night performance was the second in the Chenango Blues Association’s Summer Concert Series.
