NEW BERLIN – The Military Order of the Purple Heart Motorcycle Club sponsors a motorcycle ride of approximately 200 motorcycles on Saturday. They will travel 85 miles from Home Depot in New Hartford to New Berlin.

The bikers will ride down state Route 51 through West Winfield to Route 80, arriving at the New Berlin American Legion around noon.

The village will be closing Academy Street during the ride and will be escorted by the Town of New Berlin Police and the New Berlin Fire Department.
