Milford Academy improves to 3-0

STATEN ISLAND – Milford Academy’s defense shut down Wagner College’s offense, and rang up a third straight win last weekend winning 23-3.
The Falcons’ special teams accounted for one touchdown and three field goals. University of Miami recruit, Oscar Diaz, kicked field goals of 25, 42, and 43 yards, and Marquel Wade, who is headed to the University of Arkansas, ripped off a dazzling 85-yard punt return to for the score.
Pierre Narcisse threw an eight-yard scoring pass to Josh Gross in the fourth quarter to complete the scoring..
Defensively, Joe Dowling, a defensive lineman, had six tackles, two of those going for a loss. Keevis Thompson and Jeremy Davis added interceptions.
Milford Academy plays at Army Prep, Friday at 6 p.m.
