Benedict Corporation hosts Business After Hours
NORWICH – The Benedict Corporation will host Chamber Business After Hours at their dealership located on the corner of East River Road and State Route 23 in Norwich on Wednesday from 5-7 p.m.
October is GMC Truck Month and The Benedict Corporation is a GMC Truck and Subaru dealer. They offer new and pre-owned vehicles as well as parts, repairs, and an expanded body shop and detail center. The Benedict Corporation is owned and operated by Noel (Trip) deCordova III. Trip began his tenure at Benedict’s in 1980 and became owner in 1995. They are currently celebrating 105 years in business.
It’s also National Pizza Month! For just a one dollar donation, indulge in the taste of Tuscany and be entered to win a free pizza every month for a year, courtesy of the NY Pizzeria. All proceeds will be donated to the Catholic Charities Roots and Wings Program.
Since its inception in 1981, the Business After Hours program, created by chambers of commerce all over the country, has become not only one of the most successful ideas in chamber history, but something of a business phenomenon as well. Business After Hours are provided to Chamber members in an effort to increase business connections.
The evening’s activities will include; refreshments, door prizes, self-guided tours and a 50/50 raffle. Anyone wishing to attend may register by calling Commerce Chenango at 334-1402.
