Norwich sets Trick-or-Treat times
NORWICH – Trick-or-Treating will be held from 5:30 to 8 p.m., Halloween, Oct. 31, according to city officials. As always, safety is a priority and City of Norwich Police Chief Joseph Angelino reported that extra officers will be on duty during that time. He added that Trick-or-Treaters should avoid properties with no outside lights, wear a costume or mask that does not inhibit vision, throw away any suspect candy immediately and carry a flashlight or wear reflective material. Children should always be accompanied by an adult and motorists should show extra caution throughout the evening.
