OXFORD – A Norwich man was charged Nov. 5 with entering an Oxford home and raping a 23-year-old woman.

The Chenango County Sheriff’s Office announced Monday they’ve charged Martin E. Key Jr., of 9 Griffin St., Norwich, with first degree rape and second degree criminal trespass.
