OXFORD – Cincinnatus came back to win the final two games and outlast Oxford in five games Saturday, 17-25, 25-22, 19-25, 25-18, 25-20.
Olivia Roach had 10 aces and 11 digs for Oxford (2-3), while Kalah Parks led with seven kills.

S-E fourth at Herkimer Tournament
HERKIMER – Sherburne-Earlville finished in fourth-place – one point out of third – at the 22-team Herkimer Tournament Saturday.
Senior Greg DuVall gave the Marauders their lone title winning at 152 pounds. DuVall only allowed two points in his three wins, and pinned Deposit-Hancock’s Gavin Tarbox in 4:53 for his championship.
Calvin Minkler (103) and Spencer Franklin (125) wrestled back to third place, and Eric Eichler (285) added a fourth for S-E. The tournament only recognized the top-four place-winners, said S-E assistant coach, Brian Hicks.
“The reason we placed so high is that we had a lot of the kids winning two or three matches in wrestlebacks, and they just missed the placement round,” Hicks said. “We tell them that every time they win a match, we’re gaining points as a team. That’s so important in these tournaments.”
S-E wrestles at Morrisville-Eaton Tuesday.
