GENEVA –After leading the Hobart College basketball team to its first 3-0 start in conference play since 2002-03, senior guard Tim Llewellyn (West York/York, Pa.) and first-year forward Richie Bonney (Norwich H.S./Norwich, N.Y.) garnered weekly awards from the Liberty League today. Llewellyn earned a spot on the Team of the Week, while Bonney was tabbed the Rookie of the Week.

Bonney averaged 9.0 points, 9.3 rebounds, and 1.3 steals in three wins. Against the Hamilton last Monday, he scored six points and grabbed a game-high 11 rebounds. Bonney recorded a team-high 14 points, a game-high eight rebounds, and three steals against Skidmore this past Friday, and he closed out the week on Saturday with seven points and a team-high nine rebounds at the expense of Union. For the week, Bonney shot 58.8 percent from the floor.
