Central New York Bounty closed for “remodel”

MORRISVILLE – Those who have come to rely on fresh, local foods delivered to their door are out of luck for the next few months.

“Home deliveries for CNY Bounty have been temporarily suspended until June 1,” explained Rebecca Hargrave of Cornell Cooperative Extension of Chenango County, referring to the service which connects local agricultural producers with consumers throughout Central New York.

According to Hargrave, the interruption of service – or “remodel” as she called it – was necessitated by three factors: staffing changes, vehicle maintenance issues and the need to re-develop the organization’s website.
