This year’s concert includes students from Norwich High School, Norwich Middle School and Oxford High School. Norwich High School students will sing selections from their upcoming musical, Phantom of the Opera, directed by Mark Sands with musical direction by Mary Mayo. The Norwich High School Treble Choir will perform and the Madrigal Singers directed by Mary Mayo will also be featured on the Monday evening program singing selections from the Mozart Requiem. This year the Norwich Middle will be represented by their Jazz Ensemble under the direction of Jamie Carrier, middle school music teacher and Don Burke, retired district music teacher. The Oxford High School Men’s Quartet will perform under the direction of Michael Moren.
The concert will be held at the United Church of Christ, 11 West Main St. The program is open to the public and all are invited to attend.
