About three-quarters of a mile of North Main Street (State Route 12) in Sherburne was shut down to all traffic except tractor trailers and emergency vehicles due to flooding Friday morning. On Saturday, the Chenango River caused a similar situation on the lower end of East Main Street in Norwich. Both are now open to traffic.
