Potter appoints former mayor as trustee in New Berlin
NEW BERLIN – Newly-elected Village New Berlin Mayor Terry Potter appointed former mayor Carol Riley to his old trustee spot Tuesday night.
Riley served as New Berlin mayor for 14 years before losing a write-in campaign in 2009.
