“Acupuncture” by Dr. Xiaolei Zhang and Dr. Cheng Zong. Acupuncture is the stimulation of specific points on the body by the insertion of fine needles. The body has 12 main meridians through which energy or Qi / Chi flows. Acupuncture treatment balances and moves the energy using needles to effect change and stimulate your body to release natural chemicals such as pain killers and hormones that accelerate the natural healing process. Dr. Zhang and Zong will give demonstrations to the fair participants.
“Release Trapped Emotions and Massage” Canice Paliotta has been a licensed massage therapist for 21 years incorporating many different modalities into her healing practice. She works out of her home office in South Oxford and travels to different locations. Her present sessions mainly include a form of acupressure called Jin Shin Do, Craniosacral therapy, and energy work, which includes tuning forks, the Sedna gong, Tibetian bowls, etc. Included in her sessions, as an option, is Dr. Bradley Nelson’s method of releasing trapped emotions with a Niken magnet. A thirteen minute session of the release of trapped emotions and applying the tuning forks will be offered to participants, with an explanation of the overall work on the hour.
“Touched By the Earth” Laura Carey has been an environmental educator for 31 years conducting workshops and programs to teach participants about the wonders of nature. She says, “All around us are beautiful, healing energies just waiting to be noticed and invited in. Everywhere we look are messages of hope, renewal, beauty, peace, and interconnection. Let nature calm you and restore your natural rhythms through simple exercises.” Laura will introduce techniques to help you plug into the earth wherever you are.
“Introductory Iris Evaluations” Dr. Tom Mather has been in practice 30 years. He is an herbalist that uses Holistic Iridology, urine/ saliva testing and the Zyto Balance 3.0 in his practice. He also utilizes Chinese face, nail, and tongue reading. He will be providing 10 minute introductory iris evaluations.
“Tai Chi-Qigong & Integrative Fitness” Marcy Lewis has been leading classes and private lessons throughout central NY for 10 years. Tai Chi-Qigong is where martial arts and the health promotion components of traditional Chinese medicine meet. These moving meditations utilize postures, breathing techniques, mindfulness and movement to mobilize the self-healing potential in everyone; for improving and enhancing the body’s chi- or health, vitality and overall wellbeing.
“Chenango Massage Therapy” Jim Dennis received his certification from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in 2003. He will offer chair massages and other massage techniques.

Reiki uses a technique commonly called palm healing as a form of complementary and alternative medicine and is sometimes classified as oriental medicine by some professional bodies. Through the use of this technique, practitioners transfer healing energy through the palms.
“Medical Intuitive” Readings John Van Ingen is a medical intuitive who is also a Reiki Master. He is able to visualize the affected areas and focus the healing where it is needed.
“Organic Gardening” Stacie Edick of Cornell Cooperative Extension is the Community Gardens Coordinator.
