JOHNSON CITY – The outcome was never in doubt in Tuesday’s meet at Johnson City.

Norwich’s boys completed a perfect run through the STAC Central Division, and won the school’s first division championship since the 1996 season.

“I wasn’t 100 percent sure what was going to happen tonight,” said Norwich boys coach, Paul Sims. “I thought we had a good chance to win, but I didn’t want us going into the meet overconfident.”
