NORTH NORWICH – Chenango County Board of Supervisors Chairman Richard B. Decker, R-North Norwich, said this week that he is “very undecided” about whether or not he’ll seek re-election in November.

Decker has served the town of North Norwich since 1994. He has been county chairman since 1997.

“I don’t know. I haven’t decided yet. I’m very undecided,” he said.
