Garnet Rogers performs at 6 On The Square Saturday

OXFORD – 6 On The Square (6OTS) is proud to welcome back Garnet Rogers May 14, at 7:30 p.m.! Garnet is widely considered by fans and critics alike to be one of the finest singers anywhere. His music, like the man himself, is literate, passionate, highly sensitive, and deeply purposeful.
The first thing most people remember about Garnet is his incredible guitar playing; it’s not unusual for him to have 4 or 5 guitars on stage. His smooth baritone voice lures you into his lyrics, and is one reason Garnet is lauded as one of the major musical talents of our times. Garnet enjoys having conversations with his audience, conversations which continue through the lyrics he sings. Passionate yet sensitive; awe inspiring yet witty - this will be an evening you will remember long after you walk out the door and head home.
Garnet Rogers was hailed by the Boston Globe as a “charismatic performer and singer”, He is a man with a powerful physical presence - close to six and a half feet tall - with a voice to match!
