Open house is celebration for everything scrapbooking
SHERBURNE – Scrapbooking aficionados will find just the right stamps, stickers, stencils and more at an open house from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Timekeepers.
Located at 7 W. State St. in the Village of Sherburne, Timekeepers offers a wide variety of scrapbooking materials, single sheet pattern papers, single sheet cardstock, paper packs, albums, vintage stickers, many kinds of stamps, pens, shears, punches, ribbons and stencils.
Business owner/manager Grace Pinney said cookbook scrapbooks complete with about 30 different cookbook sheet designs have been very popular, as have Girl Scout, Army, Air Force, Marines, Navy albums.
Customers may also order custom-made scrapbooks and have their cassette tapes converted to DVD.
“Scrapbooking is something that I really love to do. It is a great hobby that I decided would also make a great business,” said Pinney, who officially opened her shop two years ago. Pinney said it was time for a grand opening of her store to let the community and those who love the art of scrapbooking the opportunity to see what’s available in Timekeepers.
Regular store hours are from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Fridays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays. The store is handicapped accessible.
