NEW BERLIN – Unadilla Valley completed its regular season scoring five runs in the bottom of the sixth to pull away for the win Monday night in Otsenango Pony League action.
Will Martin drove in three runs for UV and Nathan Shackleton had three runs scored and two stolen bases. Mason Alford pitched the final four innings for UV to earn the victory.
UV, Division D champions with a perfect 8-0 league mark, will host Sherburne on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. in the first round of the league playoffs.
