Commerce Chenango hosts “Good Morning Chenango!”
NORWICH – Commerce Chenango, along with NBT Bank, will host its quarterly Good Morning Chenango program at Park Place Restaurant, 7-9 East Park Place, Norwich, on Tuesday. The event, which begins at 7:30 a.m., will be focusing on lean business and Six Sigma processes.
If you run a small business, a non-profit agency, or a department in local government, you are certain to feel pressure from your clientele to deliver more for less. Used by almost all of the worlds’ major corporations including P&G, GE, Toyota and local companies such as Unison Industries, Raymond Corporation and Norwich Pharmaceuticals, lean concepts are applicable to almost any process.
This is a program you won’t want to miss if you want to learn how a “lean” program can be implemented in any workplace to save you both time and money. The Good Morning Chenango program, sponsored by NBT Bank, will feature a panel of speakers. Kari Kron, Visionary Tactics, Don Wiesenforth, Center for Economic Growth and Jack Roque, Golden Artist Colors, Inc., will all be on hand to share examples of the “lean” processes.
The cost to attend is $20 per Chamber member and $25 per non-member, and includes a breakfast buffet. Those interested should contact Commerce Chenango’s Membership & Programs Coordinator Jill Eddy at 334-1402 today.
