NORWICH – After several delays, court officials say the trial of Michael A. Victor, Jr. will begin Monday.

According to Clerk of the Court Catherine Schell, jury selection will begin at 9 a.m. on Aug. 30 at the Chenango County Courthouse. County Court Judge W. Howard Sullivan will preside.

Victor’s case was scheduled to be tried in July, but was adjourned to a later date first at the request of defense counsel and then because an insufficient number of jurors reported.
