WALTON – Twice-beaten Greene kept pace in the MAC division chase dealing division co-leader Walton a setback Thursday afternoon.
Trojans sophomore, Paige Wilcox scored the game’s only goal 21 minutes into the second half. Wilcox picked up a rebound off a shot by teammate Nicole Tumminia and put it away from close range.
Greene allowed only two shots on goal in the game and held an 8-2 advantage overall.
