Otselic Valley 2, Madison 0

SOUTH OTSELIC – Otselic Valley bounced back from a shutout loss earlier this week blanking Madison for the second time this season.

Courtney Pittsley scored in the first half at 11:26 of the first half cleaning up a loose-ball scramble in front of the goal. A key insurance goal came with just under four minutes left in regulation as freshman Jordan Lidell tallied unassisted.

“I knew Madison would be a much-improved team the second time around, but we are playing better, too,” said OV coach Kevin Springer. “It was a heck of a battle, and I was glad we were able to get that second goal.”
