Families and people of all ages made their way down to the Norwich Fire Department’s annual open house last night, and Sparky the Fire Dog was on hand, a favorite attraction for many of the children who attended. And while other activities such as fire truck rides and fire drills were offered, the focus – as always – was on fire safety, prevention and education.
