Earlville Opera House hosts 14th Holiday Artists Sale

EARLVILLE –  We live in a rural area that has amazing artists and artisans tucked away in hard to find places. Come to a show & sale that gathers top artists in one location. At the Earlville Opera House Holiday Artists Sale, find creative one of a kind gifts this holiday season. You’ll find everything from oil paintings to jewelry, blown glass to quilts, hand-made clothing to original baskets. Local artisans craft goat milk soaps, carved wooden bowls, beautiful pottery, hand-knit items, handmade cards and ornaments! Come pick out artistic, one-of-a-kind gifts for your friends and loved ones from this extremely diverse selection of artists!  This juried sale starts the Friday after Thanksgiving at 10am and runs for four weekends.  No admission is charged!
New artists’ work arrives each weekend! Sale dates are Nov. 25, 26 & 27, December 3 & 4, 10 & 11 and 17 & 18. Saturday hours are 10 a.m. -4 p.m. and Sunday Noon - 4 p.m. A special Late Shoppers Day has been added on Friday, Dec. 23 from 10-4.
Next door to EOH is Black Cat Antiques and Gifts with its old-fashioned country atmosphere! Dode Page’s shop has an eclectic mix of antiques, furniture, vintage clothing and accessories as well as vintage linens! Locally made honey accompanies handcrafted primitive folk art, hand-painted signs and framed samplers. Stop in and browse for your home or a gift – you’ll never know what you’ll find!  Hours are Tues –Friday 9-5 and Saturday 9-2. Call Dode at (315) 691-5721 for more!
Plan a delightful afternoon of shopping at the sale and rejoice in the season with the EOH Holiday Tea on Sunday, Dec. 4 from 1-4 p.m. Decadent home-baked sweets will be served in the lovely Arts Cafe along with English tea and proceeds support youth scholarships and free Earlville ‘Awesome’ House programs for youth
