NORWICH – On Monday, the Chenango County Board of Supervisors honored long-standing community youth workers Inga Britt Nielson, Steve Perrin and Laureen Clarke.

Board Chairman Richard B. Decker, on behalf of county supervisors and the Chenango County Youth Bureau, issued formal proclamations to each in recognition for their service.

“Volunteers are an essential part of programs offered to youth within the county, providing numerous hours of service and contribution of talents to entice positive youth development,” he said.
