Condon commits to LeMoyne

NORWICH – Shelby Condon, a senior at Norwich High School, has committed to play softball at LeMoyne College next year.
Condon is a three-year starter for the Norwich softball team, and has become one of the Tornado’s best and most consistent hitters and fielders. In addition to receiving team MVP accolades, she was rewarded for her performances last spring earning Southern Tier Athletic Conference all-star honors.
She will play for Dolphins’ head coach Tina Whitlock, who looks forward to Condon’s arrival in the fall. “We’re pleased with the signing of Shelby. She is a young lady determined to reach her goals,” Whitlock said. “Her sound character and talent will serve to strengthen our commitment to the Jesuit mission and excellence on the ballfield.”
Condon will officially sign her commitment letter on Wednesday, Jan. 18 at Norwich High School.
