EARLVILLE – Michael Kicinski of Earlville is announcing his candidacy for United States Congress for New York District 22 (as proposed, formerly NY-24).

A resident of the Village of Earlville, Kicinski has been active in local and national issues for more than 25 years. He has also been active with Norwich Tea Party Patriots since its founding on tax day in 2009.

Kicinski has been interested in the local government since moving to Earlville in 2003. He regularly attends meetings of the Village Board and has twice run for local office.
