NORWICH - A new software program on Commerce Chenango’s website, ChenangoNY.com, enables event organizers to add their own details, including maps and photos, on the website’s calendar. Visitors will be able to find events on the home page according to resource, event type or by date and click on them to get more specific information.

Chenango County Tourism Director Audrey Robinson described the new website feature during her annual presentation to the Chenango County Board of Supervisors on Monday. In her update, Robinson also listed some projects that may be on the horizon, from a state Route 20 scenic by-way map, a river guide project, quilt and art gallery road trips, and social media opportunities.
