SYRACUSE – Greene senior Ricky Carbone was recently selected to participate in the Third Annual New York Upstate vs. Downstate Football Classic, Sunday, June 10 at the Carrier Dome in Syracuse.

Carbone, a New York State Class C all-state defensive lineman for the 2011 season, will play on the Upstate Team under the direction of Bob Campese. Campese coached Syracuse Henninger to five Section III titles before stepping down after the 2004 season, and is presently the Section III football chairman.
