The Norwich City Police Department, assisted by New York State Police, responded to this one-car accident at approximately 10:45 p.m. Saturday in the Tops parking lot. Rife B. Revoir, 19, Norwich, was charged with driving while intoxicated and operation of a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 of 1 percent or higher following the accident, which destroyed approximately 12 feet of the fence located on the south side of the parking lot. Molly Lynne Flanagan, 19, Norwich, was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor, as was an 18-year-old Seneca Falls youth, in connection with the alleged incident. (Photo by Julian Kappel)
