Film series present “Priceless” tonight

NORWICH – The next Second Tuesday’s Monthly Film Series is airing the documentary “Priceless” at United Church of Christ, 11 W. Main, Norwich at 7 p.m. tonight. This film answers why it costs so much to run for Congress, where the money comes from, and what it buys; it examines needed reforms to restore a well-functioning democracy.
This ongoing free educational community film event that monthly looks at current social and political issues of concern is sponsored by C-CARE (Chenango Community Action for Renewable Energy; www.chenangocare.org) and Chenango Peace Action (www.panys.org) with an additional special guest sponsor, Citizen Action Binghamton. Attendees are invited to come early for supper and to stay after for discussion. It is requested that one park in the street, in nearby Hayes St. or County Office Building lots; not in the church lot behind it.
