Two motorcyclists killed in crash
GREENE – Two motorcyclists are dead after an accident Sunday evening in the Town of Greene.
The Chenango County Sheriff’s Office investigated a car versus motorcycle collision at the intersection of Rt. 12 and County Road 3A in the Town of Greene at approximately 6:13 p.m. Sunday. The operator of the car, Judi Kenyon, was making a left-hand turn from Rt. 12 onto 3A, and turned in front of a south-bound motorcycle on Rt. 12, deputies reported. The two passengers of the motorcycle were pronounced dead at the scene. Their names have not been released by authorities.
Kenyon was transported to Lourdes Hospital by the Greene Emergency Squad.
The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Greene and Brisben Fire Departments along with the New York State Department of Transportation.
