EARLVILLE – Michael Kicinski will try another run for Congress in the November election, this time on the Tea Party Patriots ticket.

The New York District 22 candidate lost in the federal-level Republican primary Tuesday to incumbent Congressman and fellow Republican Richard Hanna.

The Earlville resident made the announcement from the Chenango County Courthouse steps in Norwich yesterday afternoon.
