NEW BERLIN – No charges have been filed against a Philadelphia man whose northbound tractor trailer jackknifed into a ditch along State Highway 8 in the Town of New Berlin last week, approximately eight miles south of the village.
Randy J. Dobson, 44, was uninjured following the accident, which occurred shortly after 1 a.m. Friday. The South New Berlin Fire Department and EMS responded to the scene.
