JOHNSON CITY – Two-time defending STAC Central Division champion Norwich, still sporting two-thirds of last year’s starting lineup, opened the 2012 season with an eight-stroke victory over Johnson City, Monday at The Traditions at the Glen.

Ryan Hagen and Corey Johnson shot 38s for the Tornado linksters to lead the way, and eighth-grader Ryan Johnson notched a 39. Casey Marson chipped in with a 45, and Joseph Mioduszewski, making his varsity debut, tacked on a 46.
