State prison inmate sentenced to additional year at county jail

The conviction stems from a December, 2011 incident, when Lee Anthony Warner, 28, is alleged to have committed sexual acts on a minor. He was originally charged with committing a second degree criminal sexual act (a class D violent felony), second degree sexual abuse (a class A misdemeanor), and endangering the welfare of a child, although the first two charges were dropped as part of an agreed disposition between the district attorney and public defender.

The one-year sentence will run concurrent with Warner’s current state prison term.
