Letter to the Editor: Revoir stands out among candidates
Editor,
The “Meet the Candidates for County Judge” at Norwich High School on 9/7/12 sponsored by The Evening Sun and the subsequent report on the event were excellent public services. Thank you.
The event clarified the county’s good fortune in having three acceptable candidates to consider. This splendid forum unexpectedly resolved the question of who is the best candidate. Mr. Frank Revoir, Jr. stood out among the three. Revoir certainly respected his audience and considered the event important enough to take the time to thoroughly prepare his presentations. He did not “wing it” at any time. As I would expect from a judge, his statements were skillfully designed to communicate information, consistent, and clearly articulated so we could understand his admirable personal and professional attributes. There should be no doubt about Frank Revoir being the most qualified to be Chenango County’s next judge and, therefore, worthy of your vote at the Primary Election on Thursday, September 13th and in the General Election on November 6th.
