The Eaton Center to host open house
NORWICH – The Eaton Center in Norwich will be hosting a special public open house event and luncheon for its tenants from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesday at the Eaton Ave. Lobby located on 19 Eaton Ave.
The event is part of a broad effort to show appreciation to existing tenants while also promoting the center as a potential operation site for businesses and various not-for-profit agencies from all around the area. According to Eaton Center Property Manager John Nelson, it’s a chance to spotlight all that the building has to offer for prospective businesses and other organizations that are seeking a new home.
“We’re trying to get people to understand who we are and what we do,” Nelson explained. “We’re hoping to get people from out of town to look at what we have, too. A lot of people out there think that we’re full when we’re not ... There’s probably 30 to 35 thousand square feet available that’s finished,” he added.
The 200,000 square-ft. Eaton Center building, owned and operated by Who’s We? LLC, has a lot to offer its tenants, Nelson said, including 24-hour camera surveillance, housekeeping services, office design and set up services, climate controlled storage space, available conference rooms, key-card services, handicap accessibility, plenty of parking and three months rent-free with a 15-month lease. Moreover, the center offers an on-site fitness center and cafe near the downstairs lobby, giving it more appeal as a professional business center.
