NORWICH – The Chenango County Sheriff’s Office has formally charged Patrick W. Ford II, 41, of Norwich, following his release from University Hospital in Syracuse. He’s accused of firing his Glock 40. caliber pistol repeatedly at Sheriff’s deputies, as well as a Town of Pitcher family and a New York State Trooper, reloading at least twice and in the presence of his nine year old son on Aug. 30.
