Harris returns to NBT Bank
NORWICH – NBT Bank Regional Commercial Banking Manager David Theleman recently announced that David Harris has rejoined NBT Bank as assistant vice president and commercial banking relationship manager.
In this position, Harris is responsible for developing and managing business relationships with the bank’s commercial customers throughout Chenango and Delaware Counties. He is based at the NBT Bank headquarters in Norwich.
Harris has 13 years of experience in the financial services industry. Before re-joining NBT Bank, he was regional sales support manager for Syracuse-based Guardian Life insurances Company overseeing sales and marketing operations throughout Upstate New York. He previously was employed at NBT Bank as assistant vice president and branch manager of the bank’s Norwich offices. Prior to that, he was small business banking relationship manager for the bank.
“I am pleased to welcome David Harris back to NBT Bank. He is an important addition to our commercial banking team,” Theleman said, “His knowledge of the region and experience working with local businesses will allow us to better serve our commercial customers.”
A resident of Norwich, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the State University of New York at Oneonta. He also earned an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from the State University at Cobleskill.
