NBT Bank announces key promotions
NORWICH – NBT Bank President and Chief Executive Officer Marty Dietrich recently announced that James Morris, Jennifer Olds and Kimberlee Olin have been promoted to vice president.
James Morris is the call center manager and has been with the company since 2011. He oversees the operation of NBT Bank’s call center to ensure corporate-wide customer service standards are maintained and supports the development of products and services to meet customer needs.
Jennifer Olds is a manager within the Systems Development Department and has been with the company since 2001. Olds manages a team responsible for the development and enhancement of bank-wide deposit, payment and electronic service delivery systems.
Kimberlee Olin is the business banking credit manager and has been with the company since 1984. Kim manages NBT Bank’s Business Banking Loan Center and is responsible for business loan origination and portfolio management.
