GREENE – Three men have been charged with felony grand larceny after they allegedly stole four portable toilets from a local business in the Town of Greene valued at more than $3,000.

Christopher J. Palmiter, 36, Greene; Kyle W. Brothers, 21, Barker; and Cody T. Brothers, 19, Barker, were charged with third degree grand larceny, a class D felony, following the alleged theft, which took place in early December.
