Sherburne man charged with felony endangerment

HEBURNE – A Sherburne man facing one count of felony reckless endangerment following an alleged domestic dispute that took place Sunday remains in custody on $10,000 cash bail, and authorities said more charges may be pending as an investigation into the incident continues.

Randy L. Wilcox, 21, has been charged with first degree reckless endangerment, a class D felony, second degree menacing, criminal obstruction of breathing, third degree assault, fourth degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest, all class A misdemeanors.

It’s alleged that Wilcox, following a report of an ongoing domestic dispute, discharged a firearm from inside his residence, the bullet travelling through his window and exiting the structure.
