Guilford’s Winter Social postponed
GUILFORD – Due to the winter storm forecasted to bear down on Central New York within the next 48 hours, the Guilford Historical Society has postponed its winter social originally set to take place Saturday.
The annual midday soiree was set to include a complementary lunch and a presentation from railroad historian and author John Taibi, who has written over ten books and a hundred short stories on the history of railroading in Central New York.
The Guilford Historical Society intends to reschedule the event and are already looking at a tentative date in early April. Further details will be released once arrangements have been finalized.
