NORWICH – A Norwich man is facing multiple charges following an investigation by the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office that took place in mid-March at the Norwich Motor Lodge.

Shane Manwarren, 32, has been charged with two counts of second degree harassment, resisting arrest, seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (with intent to sell), tampering with physical evidence and third degree criminal mischief.
