Members of the Norwich varsity boys basketball team, competing as the Norwich Hurricanes, picked up where they left off from the end of the regular season winning the “You Got Hops Classic” AAU Tournament held this weekend in Norwich. The Hurricanes beat teams from Watertown, Binghamton, and Waverly en route to the title. Also capturing a title was the Norwich sixth-grade Vipers team.
