Afton Fair celebrates 124th year
AFTON – The Afton Fair will be held July 11-14, and will again be an old fashioned Agricultural Fair with family fun for all ages. Despite the lack of a midway, the Afton Fair Board has worked hard to bring a variety of activities and exhibits to the 124th Afton Fair.
Daily attractions include animal exhibits, art exhibits, small animal pens and the floral hall.
Thursday’s general admission fee is $1 while ages 5 and under are free. Activities include: Floral Hall Judging under the grandstand from 9 to 11 a.m., Harness Racing from 1 to 5 p.m. with free grandstand admission, and the K Bar F Rodeo with bare back, bronco, bull riding and barrel racing at 7:30 p.m. (Grandstand admission $10 per seat, 5 and under free).
