NORWICH – The Guernsey Memorial Library will dish out a unique celebration of international foods during its International Food Festival, set to kick off at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26 at its location on 3 Court Street in the City of Norwich.

The Guernsey Internation Food Festival is a celebration of ethnic cuisine cooked up for you by your Chenango County neighbors. A couple of dishes rumored to be in the works include haemul pajeon (a Korean-style shrimp-and-scallion pancake) and picadillo (stew enjoyed in various South American countries).
